Delete your AbilityMic account
This page lets you permanently delete your AbilityMic account and all associated data, in compliance with GDPR Art. 17 and Google Play / App Store requirements.
Once you confirm, the following data will be deleted within 30 days:
- Your account, profile, and login credentials
- All registered devices linked to your account
- Synchronized communication boards (private boards only — public boards remain but are anonymized)
- Sync settings, history, and assistance logs on our servers
- Active subscriptions (will be cancelled per Google Play / App Store policy — billing receipts kept for legal/tax reasons up to 7 years, anonymized)
What stays on your phone: data already stored locally on your device is unaffected. Uninstall the app to remove it from the device.
Confirm deletion
Enter your account email and password to verify your identity. This is the same login you use inside the AbilityMic app.
Don't have your password?
Email privacy@abilitymic.com from the address tied to your account. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion request within 30 days.
What if I never created an account?
AbilityMic is offline-first — you can use core features without creating an account. If you never logged in, there is nothing to delete on our servers. To remove the app and all local data from your device, uninstall AbilityMic in your device settings.
